Established in 2021, the Perminus Foundation brings Nyota Njema Real Estate’s vision for community care and sustainable development to life. What started as a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative has grown into a heartfelt commitment to creating lasting change.
Since then, we’ve invested over 3 million Kenya Shillings in community programs across Kenya—touching lives through education, digital access and business mentorship . At the heart of it all is a simple belief: that every community deserves the chance to thrive.
